I had the previous 6.1 version working in VS2010 with the test runner and the test "dots" appeared correctly in the left margin (with the XUnit.net Test Class (Click to run) prompt and menu. Tests would run and show in the R# test runner as expected. 
As soon as I installed this version the test "dots" no longer appeared and the test runner no longer can run the tests.
